Muse One Ring – The Wait Is Over: Unboxing and First Test
For many, the Muse One Ring was already written off. Every now and then I spotted a cry of “scam!” in the communities, but otherwise it was almost forgotten. And yet — here it is. The question is: how does it look, what can it already (not) do, and what remains a promise?

This is a story from a time long ago.
A time of myths and legends, when the Finnish gods were petty and cruel — enforcing subscriptions and suing their rivals.
Only ONE RING dared to stand against them.

On paper, Muse One Ring sounded amazing. Unique functions, no monthly fee, and even the bold claim of blood pressure monitoring directly from the finger. A truly different device, not just another clone.
Reality check?
The design looks solid, and the app doesn’t feel like a rebranded template — it seems like an actual in-house product. That’s a positive first impression.
But when it comes to features, miracles don’t happen overnight.
One of Muse’s most ambitious features is blood pressure tracking. Something even the biggest players are cautious about. It sounds groundbreaking — but here’s the catch.
In my first test against a trusted OMRON cuff monitor, the results were noticeably off:

Right now, the Muse One Ring is still in its calibration period, where it’s supposed to learn and improve based on reference measurements.
Once that’s over, I’ll report back 🫡 — and we’ll see if Muse can truly live up to its promise or if it’s just another legend fading into obscurity.
